About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, expanding into new markets, finding potential customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement & Sales Management

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in customers.

  • Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations to ensure timely closure of sales.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.

  • Business Development

  • Identify and research potential new customers in target industries.

  • Explore and develop new markets to increase company revenue.
  • Schedule and conduct sales visits or virtual meetings with prospects.

  • Account Management

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

  • Provide after-sales support, including handling customer feedback and complaints professionally.

  • Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

  • Submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience (B2B or industrial sales experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM usage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel as required.
