Channel Sales Executive/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and assist channel partners/agencies to achieve their sales targets.
  • Engage partner sales/account teams to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage and report on the partner sales funnel, ensuring accountability for revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with partners throughout the sales process, including creating sales materials, providing customer explanations, and organizing roadshows.
  • Ensure partners are well-informed about new products, features, incentives, and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Available for both Executive and Managerial roles; full-time positions
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Channel Management, or regional sales, or equivalent specialization.
  • Strong communication skills, dynamic, result-oriented, with excellent presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated and driven to achieve higher sales commissions.
  • Preferably with Telco experience, but not essential.
  • Personal qualities: Positive, passionate, collaborative, and able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment, as well as being a team player.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients), and English.
  • Must have own transport.
  • Positions available in multiple locations: KL, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka (Kota Syahbandar URGENT), Johor (Johor Bahru, Batu Pahat, Muar URGENT), Pahang, Perak, Penang, Kedah, Terengganu, Kelantan, Sabah and Sarawak (Kuching URGENT) .
