Job description for Content moderator
- Specifically, into reviewing the videos, articles and posts related to legality and

the safety of the brand with the standard and rules set by the social media

policy.

▪ Become and remain knowledgeable about social media products and

community standards

▪ Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate

for our community

▪ Display a strong bias doing what’s right for our community in supporting social

media’s mission

▪ Investigate and resolve issues reported on social media such as reports of

potentially abusive content.

▪ Participate in additional training courses as required.

▪ Keeps job knowledge up to date by attending upskill training to improve skills.

▪ Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client.

▪ Adhere to the policies set by the company.

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Penang Hill: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (required)

**Experience**:

- content moderator: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin and English (required)
