As a member of our kitchen crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary team. From food preparation to plating and presentation, you will have the opportunity to contribute your skills and passion for cooking to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with the chef and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Plate dishes according to presentation standards
- Monitor food temperatures and quality to uphold food safety standards
- Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup tasks as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction from superiors
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 - 48 per week
