We are looking for a motivated, dynamic **Assistant Business Finance Manager - Operation **to join our team. Your new role would be reporting to the Senior Business Finance Manager and the Key Business Partner to the Branch Operation & HR of Malaysia Business.

In this role you will be responsible for:_**
- Business Partnering with Branch Operation & HR.
- Responsible for Accounting Operation of Month End Closing Process.
- Responsible for evaluating and interpreting of monthly management reports including profit & loss, balance sheet and other accounting statements on profit management and financial position, as well as monthly and annual forecasting/budgeting.
- Produce branch business performance reports, analyze and present results in Monthly Branch Review.
- Ad-hoc tasks or projects.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Accounting Qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of Relevant Experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
- Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing or similar industries within a Multinational Environment would be an added advantage.
- Advanced User of Spreadsheet and Presentation Tools, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Willing to Travel Nationally up to 10%
