Go-to-market Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and assess market opportunities to identify target audiences, positioning strategies, and marketing channels.
- Develop and implement product launch plans, including product positioning, pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies, to maximize market reach and sales potential.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of go-to-market plans, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market performance, sales data, and consumer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product messaging, marketing materials, and sales tools that resonate with the target audience and support sales efforts.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure optimal inventory levels, timely product availability, and efficient distribution to meet market demands.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements related to skincare and cosmetic products to ensure compliance and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Identify and address potential challenges or barriers to successful go-to-market execution, proactively finding solutions and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to overcome obstacles.
- Foster strong relationships and communication channels with internal teams, external partners, distributors, and retailers to facilitate effective collaboration and achieve business objectives.
- Provide regular reports and updates on go-to-market performance, including sales metrics, market share, and competitive analysis, to management and relevant stakeholders.
**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry and specifically in the skincare and cosmetic sector.
- Strong data processing skills and proficiency in Excel and other relevant software for market analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Excellent logical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successful go-to-market strategy development and execution.
- Understanding of FMCG industry dynamics, consumer behavior, and marketing principles.
- Reliable and responsible with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive resolution.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Knowledge of skincare and cosmetic industry trends, regulations, and competitor landscape.
