a) Oversee each project’s life cycle from conception to completion, with an emphasis on technical soundness and resource efficiency.

b) Develop and revise statements of work, which should include accurate time and cost estimates.

c) Analyse user requirements and usability metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.

e) Collaborate with consultant team to create accurate and detailed mock-ups for customer approval.

f) Meet with clients to refine and evaluate requirements, strategy and content needs.

g) Enforce coding standards across all departments.

h) Research and introduce new technologies for all employees and management.

i) Assist in creating in-house standards.

j) Preparation of feasibility study, proposal of new land plan and costing.

k) Coordinate with authorities, consultants and relevant parties to ensure construction of project on schedule.

l) Responsible for maintaining a pleasant and conducive work environment.

m) Assist in planning and organizing the construction activities, ensuring adherence to

industry regulations and safety protocols.

n) Ensuring site projects progress smoothly and efficiently.

o) Ensuring company policies and procedures followed.

p) Involved in training and guiding other members of the site team, ensuring everyone

is well-versed in safety protocols and project procedures.

q) Possess a deep understanding of construction processes, regulations, and project

management principles to effectively contribute to the successful completion of

projects.

r) Oversee and involve in the business development activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
