**Job Description**:

- Responsible for branch's performance in sales, collection, operations and compliance
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
- Forecast and create plan to fit branch future needs
- Guide, motivate and drive branch staff towards achieving goals and maximize their performance
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Attend sales enquiries and propose suitable pest control solution to the customers
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Build strong relationships with current and future customers.
- Identify & analyze customer needs for upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Manage current portfolio and grow it, and consistently prospect for new customers
- Ensure sales target was achieved in a regular basis.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time

Job Requirements:

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel in Northern Region of Peninsular Malaysia is required.
- Possess own car

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM9,101.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Butterworth: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
- People Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
