**Main Responsibilities: -**

**To oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities.**

**Perform order processing, prepare picking list and delivery note.**

**Update daily inbound / outbound tracking and monthly KPI reports timely.**
- Tracking and coordinating the inbound, put away and outbound.
- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
- To follow guidelines set and ensure that daily operations are carried out smoothly.
- Ensure orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filed.
- To ensure cleanliness of the warehouse are maintain at high standard at all the time.
- Lead day -to-day operation processes to ensure compliance to warehouse SOP and safety guidelines.
- Give clear instruction of the assigned work to the team.
- Participate and give support during monthly stock count.
- To give full commitment to support achieve the department goals.
- To enforce SOP and guided by it.
- Responsible for staff discipline and working condition.
- To carry out any other task as and when required by the Operation Manager.
- To provide suggestion on process improvement.

**Job responsibilities: -**
- Minimum experience of 2-3 years in warehouse and logistics industry
- Computer literate with understanding on Microsoft Excel
- Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills
- Able to command in English and Bahasa
- Basic knowledge of WMS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good working attitude.
- Ability to work independently.
- High responsibility.
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Full-Time position(s) available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
