We are looking for an IT Business Analyst in Malaysia who will provide technical support to users, assisting in system integrations as well as assisting the business in analyzing and identifying IT solutions.

**What You'll Do**
- Application Support (60%): Adhere to service level agreement (includes troubleshooting), participate in projects based on defined roles, carry out testing & deployments. Understand work assignments including prioritizing based on the agreed delivery dates.
- Software Development (5%): Develop and maintain ETL tools and reports.
- People Management (5%): Provide guidance to the team members and maintain good rapport with colleagues.
- Business Analysis (20%): Manage requirements at the project level to fulfill business needs. Tasks include defining business requirements, outlining problems, seeking opportunities and solutions and communicating back to the stakeholders.
- Policies & Procedures (5%): A strong understanding in IT P&P as adhering & enforcing are required. Improve the current processes/procedures. Documentation is required.
- Knowledge & Training (5%): Attend relevant technical and soft skill trainings including knowledge sharing.
- General: Practice agile approach where applicable. Assume any other duties as and when required by Management.

- You are an effective communicator, analytical and strong at documentation as well as problem solving.
- You have experience working in the financial services industry.
