Production Manager

**Responsibilities：**

1. To preside over the overall work of the production department, coordinate with related departments to accomplish various production tasks, and ensure that the daily work objectives are consistent with the strategic objectives of BU.

2. Establish and continuously improve the production department's management system to ensure that there are no systemic problems, reduce or even eliminate the occurrence of abnormalities, and at the same time related to the production of various systems, KPIs and other indicators to develop, maintain and improve to ensure that the implementation of the force in place.

3. Ensure the top priority: complete production tasks with high quality and quantity, and promptly handle various abnormal situations.

4. Through lean production, 6 Sigma, IE skills, ABC method, 6S and other methods to continue to improve production efficiency, constantly improve the production process, reduce waste, reduce production costs.

5. Through standardized operation training, production process control, defective products handling and other methods to control quality and ensure the rate of excellence..

6. Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of production data, analyzing the production process based on original data, and finding highly actionable methods to improve production efficiency, enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase employee motivation.

7. Emphasizing the reasonable utilization of 5M1E resources, cooperating with relevant departments to save costs, improve resource utilization efficiency, and reduce costs.

8. Under the premise of ensuring normal operation of production, deal with all kinds of abnormal problems in the production process in a timely, reasonable and effective manner, reduce abnormalities and quickly resume normal production activities. Effectively ensure production safety and personnel safety

9. Formulate reasonable production manpower plans, through training, guidance, on-site guidance and other methods to continuously improve the working ability of subordinates, tap the potential of employees, and optimize the working methods.

10. Regular verification of the implementation of the quality system, improve the production process in a timely manner in the continuous emergence of new problems, new phenomena.

11. Encouraging innovation, promptly recognizing and supporting innovation regardless of scale, and creating a favorable innovative environment.

12. Develop reasonable and positive incentives, with clear and fair rewards and penalties, to improve the morale of subordinates.

13. Continuously improving the quality of production employees and the management level of managers to foster a positive and proactive team.

**Requirements**:
1、Over 8 years of experience with the production management in EMS company

and over 3 years’ experience of departmental management

2、 Extensive experience in the modern production management and knowledge, with practical experience.

3、 Familiar with the entire production process of electronics and skilled in kinds of

management method for improving production feeiciency to decrease costs.

4、 Knowing the ISO quality management system，especially the requirement of the

industrial and automatic electric products.

5、Excellent planning, organization, communication, expression skills.

6、Take the whole situation of department into account, effectively train and guide the subordinates to finish their own work effectively.

7、 Able to lead the team to finish the production plans and related tasks, as well as any tasks assigned by superiors.

8、good execution, innovation, team building ability and professionalism

Other requirements：

1. Skillful operation of office common office software.

2. Good communication skills. Fluent in English and Malay(writing, reading and speaking). Chinese fluency is preferred.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
