FP Markets is a well-established global CFD broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies and we are currently looking to recruit a full-time Customer Support Specialist - Chinese Speaker in our Malaysia Office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Educating clients on how to use the Company’s website and trading platforms
- Assisting other departments

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge and experience in FX will be considered advantageous
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Native or near-native Chinese and fluent English is essential

**Recruitment Process**:

- Interview with the future manager (45 min - 1 hour) to assess match to the job and the team
- Final Interview with People Function (45 min - 1 hour) to assess match to our culture and company
