Manufacturing Manager

**Position Title : Plant Manager**

**Industry : Manufacturing (Precision Plastic)**

**Location: Prai**

**Salary Range: Up to RM9000**

We are looking for an experienced **Plant Manager** with expertise in **plastic injection moulding**, **lean manufacturing**, and **quality management** to oversee daily operations, improve processes, and lead the team to meet production goals and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily plant operations and ensure smooth production.
- Plan production schedules to meet customer orders and quality targets.
- Implement **lean manufacturing** practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Lead and support the team through training, coaching, and development.
- Set up and maintain **quality control** processes.
- Control the plant budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management on plant improvements and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in **Engineering** or **Manufacturing**.
- **10-15 years** in manufacturing, with 8-10 **years** in a leadership role in **plastic injection moulding**.
- Experience in **lean manufacturing** and **quality control**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with **ISO** standards and **automation** in injection moulding.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
