**About the Role**

A Lobby Lounge Bartender works in the hotel’s lobby lounge/bar area, serving guests in a more relaxed setting compared to a full bar or nightclub. Key duties & required qualities often include:
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, mocktails) to guests according to set recipes.
- Provide excellent guest service: greet guests, take orders, make suggestions, respond to questions about drinks/menu.
- Maintain the stock of bar supplies: ice, glassware, garnishes, liquor, mixers. Monitor inventory, order supplies, rotate stock, control waste.
- Set up and close down the bar area: ensure bar is clean, tidy, tools and equipment in good condition, follow opening & closing checklists.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene: clean glasses, bar counters, workstations; ensure food & beverage hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle payment: process cash, card transactions, maintain petty cash or float, reconcile sales at end of shift.
- Prepare garnishes, create drink presentations, ensure consistency in taste, appearance, portion sizes.
- Maintain professional appearance and service attitude; follow the hotel’s service standards.
- Collaborate with other F&B staff (servers, food & beverage manager), possibly help during private functions or events in lounge.
- Ensure compliance with alcohol laws / licensing (age verification, responsible service).

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Prior bartending experience (especially in hotels or lounges) is preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer etc.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills; guest-oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours: evenings, weekends, sometimes late night.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Affinity for hospitality, polished service, good presentation.
- Basic numeric skills (for handling cash, measurement, inventory).
- Understanding of hygiene & safety regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
