**About the Role**

A Lobby Lounge Hostess is hospitality staff whose role is to welcome, assist, and enhance the guest experience in the hotel’s lobby / lounge / public areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival; offer a friendly welcome.
- Escort or direct guests to the lounge, bar, waiting area, or restaurant as needed.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, menus, special offers, or local area attractions.
- Manage seating/guest flow: organising reservations, queue/waitlist if busy.
- Coordinate with front desk, concierge, food & beverage departments to ensure smooth guest arrival & movement.
- Handle guest requests or complaints politely, escalating to relevant departments if needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby/lounge/waiting areas; tidy seating, decorations, brochures etc.
- Ensure uniform is clean, professional, and appearance is neat; maintain high personal grooming/hygiene standards.
- Assist with special guest services: for example, arranging a gift, helping with mobility, escorting someone to elevators etc.
- Sometimes help with promotional or guest engagement activities (e.g. welcoming events, local info).
- Follow safety, security, and guest confidentiality policies.

**Desired Skills / Qualifications**:

- Good communication skills, polite, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in busy periods.
- Some experience in guest service / hospitality preferred.
- Basic knowledge of the hotel’s services and ability to guide guests.
- Appearance & presentation should be professional.
- Ability to work shifts (morning, afternoon, evenings, weekends, etc.).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,680.00 per month
