**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in English is a must**:

- **Possesses a basic Diploma/Bachelor Degree, preferably in Travel**:

- **Able to communicate with a wide range of people at all levels, both within and outside the Company**

**Job Scopes**:
1. **Tour Planning & Coordination**
- Assist in planning local and international tour itineraries.
- Support with bookings for transport, accommodation, and attractions.
- Help update tour packages and pricing.

2. **Customer Service**
- Provide pre-tour information and support to customers.
- Assist with check-ins and ensure guests receive tour materials.

3. **Documentation & Administration**
- Prepare tour vouchers, invoices, and itineraries.
- Maintain records of customer bookings and transactions.
- Update internal databases (e.g., guest lists, supplier contacts).

4. **Supplier Liaison**
- Communicate with hotels, transport companies, and local guides.
- Confirm reservations and coordinate changes if needed.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and service quality.

5. **Marketing & Promotion** _(Optional, depending on company)_
- Help create or update brochures, flyers, and web content.
- Participate in promotional events or expos.

6. **Field Support**_(Optional, depending on company)_
- Join tours as a support staff when needed.
- Help coordinate logistics during special trips or group tours.
- Collect feedback from guests after tours.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
