Reporting to the Air Import Supervisor and Manager, the Lead Agent - Air Import will be based in Penang.

**The Lead Agent - Air Import will be responsible**:

- Ensure accurate and timely freight process flow and data entry into the operating system.
- Track and trace Air import files as required. (Either internally or externally).
- Ensure timely delivery of freight to customers for import shipments.
- Ensure documents are on time to send to customer or broker for custom purposes.
- Ensure accurate and on time for client and vendors billing.
- Meet customer service standards and interact with customers in arranging their international shipments.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Comply with regulations and procedure at all times.
- Understanding the department process flow and looking for areas of improved efficiency.
- Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are updated and followed in the DLSOP and meet KPI standards following company procedure.
- Promote compliance in following all the company regulations and policies.
- Additional tasks as required to meet the Department needs.

**The Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of related working experience.
- Good computer knowledge and MS Office
- Well written and spoken English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
