Reporting to the Air Export Supervisor and Manager, the Lead Agent - Air Export Customer Service will be based in Penang.

**The Lead Agent, Air Export Customer Service will be responsible**:

- Ensure accurate and timely freight process flow and data entry into the operating system.
- Meeting customer service standards and interact in arranging their international import shipments
- To comply to all regulations and procedure at all times.
- Ensure to follow all customers standard operating procedures as per the DLSOP.
- Understanding the department process flow and constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency.
- Monitor shipment reports to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationship with customers.
- Overseas communications
- Daily review Stat 1, operational reports and updating event codes with the team
- Audit files and work on a team on meeting KPI Standards and Operating Process Standards.
- Assist the manager and supervisor in responding to request.
- Participate in the transition of new business/ update to existing business
- Assist in retention calls and complete customer reviews to document in the CRS.
- To promote productivity tools (e.g., using edoc and edoc treeview, export database and process management)
- Open to implementing new system changes and enhancements.
- Be involved and suggest system/process improvements.

**The Requirements**:

- 2 years of industry specific qualification (country specific)
- Hazardous Materials Certification (preferred)
- Good market and product knowledge.
- Effective interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Pro-active and Strong Organizational Skills
- Fluent in English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
