We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Vietnamese to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Vietnamese-speaking customers, resolving their inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and providing feedback to the management team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is preferred

Pay: RM1,520.87 - RM4,118.30 per month
