**Job Brief**

HR Executive duties and responsibilities include providing support to your superior through a variety of tasks related to human resources and administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office. The human resource job scope includes scheduling interview appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information and working closely with the superior to ensure all HR matters are well maintained and up-to-date within all School(s).

**Responsibilities**
- Organize and schedule interview appointments
- Welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientation
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Provides and maintain training for employee
- Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing and analyzing data
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change date
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
- Provide general support in any human resource and administrative area if needed
- You shall carry out the duties particularly assigned by the Management/Superior of the School(s) as set out above from time to time reasonably required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven human resource experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and human resource procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficient, other languages are an added bonus)
- Proficiency in MS Office and SQL Payroll/HR 2000

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HR: 2 years (preferred)
