**Position overview**:
As a Tender Executive, your role will involve overseeing and coordinating the preparation, submission, and monitoring of tender bids for various contracts, projects, or procurement opportunities. This position requires ensuring that all proposals are completed with precision, submitted punctually, and adhere to the specifications set by the organization or client that align with the strengths of the company. This role is well-suited for individuals with a sharp eye for detail, strong negotiation abilities, and a dedication to enhancing procurement processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tender Documentation**: Create thorough tender proposals that meet client specifications, especially for government projects, while ensuring that all supporting documents are precise.
**Supplier & Vendor Management**: Engage in negotiations with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing and terms while fostering robust relationships.
**Cost & Budget Analysis**: Examine procurement expenses and verify that tenders conform to company budgets.
**Tender Process Management**: Supervise the complete process, ensuring adherence to procurement regulations such as ePerolehan and government tenders.
**Contract Management**: Oversee contracts after they are awarded, tracking performance and addressing any variations in the contract.
**Process Improvement**: Persistently enhance procurement processes to boost efficiency and competitiveness.

**Job Requirement**

Diploma & above
- 25 - 35 years old
- Knowledge in using computer, MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure database system administration is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking, and good working attitude.
- Committed, mature, and able to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work additional hours when necessary.

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
