Kardex Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our New Business Team in the role of Business Operations Executive, to be based in Kuala Lumpur. Office location is at Mont Kiara. This is a Full Time position which will support our business operations in Malaysia, reporting directly to the Director New Business SE Asia.

Ihre Aufgaben

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order takeover from sales department (calculations, specifications, SPC configurations)
- Completion/revision of opportunities in the CRM system according to ERP order details
- Incoming customer order review (completeness, commercial and technical aspects)
- Technical and commercial order clarifications (payment terms, order items, SPC configurations)
- Customer order entry in ERP (prices, dates, conditions, commission values) and order acknowledgement to the customer
- Purchase orders to the factories or 3rd party suppliers with adequate time tracking to meet deadlines (overdue tracking)
- 3rd party order acknowledgement checking and tracking - goods receipt and goods issue postings
- Delivery notifications to the customer (factory delivery and cross docking)
- Clarification, processing and tracking of incoming and outgoing invoices (3rd party invoices, customer down and final invoicing and payments) as well as processing of credit and debit notes
- Order change handling with the customer, factories or 3rd party supplier
- General back office services as required (e.g. office tools, shipment, on-site equipment, project master data administration, project management support)
- Handling of installation issues and customer or supplier claims (FQR, notice of defects)
- ERP Master data maintenance (business partners, materials) and data quality responsibility
- Handover to Live Cycle Service including all technical documents
- Professionally representing our company to all external & internal stakeholders

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Education: Diploma graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-7 years of responsible work with order handling/invoicing/Customer service in an international environment.
- Experience in virtual/cross border interaction/support in multi-country environment.
- Working knowledge of SAP modules.
- English - fluent (both speaking and writing).
- Knowledge of additional Asian or German language could be beneficial.
