Antara tugas / deskripsi kerja:

- Melakukan kerja-kerja asas admin seperti pemfailan dan invois
- Merekod data pelanggan dan servis dijalankan ke dalam sistem mengikut format yang ditetapkan
- Mengira stok dan memasukkan data yang tepat ke dalam sistem
- Memastikan stok mencukupi dan membuat pesanan jika perlu
- Menjawab panggilan telefon / mesej daripada pelanggan dengan berhemah
- Merekodkan hasil jualan harian / bulanan dan menghantar kepada bahagian pengurusan

**Syarat Kelayakan**:

- Diploma dalam pentadbiran / perniagaan adalah diutamakan
- Mahir menggunakan komputer dan MS Office.
- Mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang automotif sangat dialu
