MAIN DUTIES (HR & IT Department)
- Provide administrative support to our entire HR department
- Serve as a reliable source of information for employees, promptly answering questions regarding payroll and benefits including foreign worker
- Ensure that all employees feel safe and cared for at our company by addressing complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist in company tenancy agreement which renewable every year and so on
- Act as a liaison between the HR department and other employees
- Create policies and procedures that enhance our workplace environment
- To provide end user support & troubleshooting the network, hardware and software issues.
- To help perform monthly/daily data backup. To trouble shoot if encounter issues.
- To help perform asset and inventory management of IT related hardware and software purchased.
- To help in monitoring the abuse and misuse of IT related equipment and infrastructure.
- Support IT system for branches office.
- 1st level IT Support after office-hour standby (Weekends & Public Holidays).
- To assume any other jobs by the top management.
EDUCATION LEVEL
- Minimum certification related to office administration
WORKING EXPERIENCE
- At least 1 year experience in similar position.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/ SKILL
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Expert in Excel presentation will be an advantage).
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and detail oriented.
- Experience and/ or knowledge on bookkeeping and filing would be an advantage
- Willing to learn & pick up new things.
- Good self-discipline.
- Driven and motivated.
- Able to multitask & fill in the gaps as and when required.
- Due to our business nature need to deal with mandarin oriented client, we will prioritize application for those who can speak and write in Mandarin.
