Position Overview: You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating site activities, and supporting the site team.

  • Provide comprehensive support to the site team, including managing calls, emails, calendars, and correspondence.
  • Serve as a primary contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Coordinate tenant requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in coordinating property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and vendors. Keep records of maintenance activities and expenses.
  • Support financial processes, such as monitoring rental payments, issuing invoices, and tracking expenses.
  • To make phone calls to debtors requesting for payments to be made.
  • Send daily report task for management
  • Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital.
  • Prepare correspondences (via email, letters, minutes of meeting, document transmittal, etc.)
  • Assist in coordinating property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and vendors. Keep records of maintenance activities and expenses.
  • Any ad-hoc task as and when required

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in property management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Understanding of financial principles and ability to assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
  • Familiarity with property maintenance processes.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday : 9am - 5pm

Saturday : 9am - 1pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
