Admin cum Purchasing Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Admin Executive to support our procurement operations. This role is responsible for managing purchasing documentation, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring smooth and timely procurement processes. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily purchasing activities including raising purchase orders.
- Handover purchase orders to factory production department.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to clarify requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods and stocks.
- Liaise with suppliers for pricing, delivery schedules, order status, and issue resolution.
- Track inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and sourcing new vendors when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
- Follow up on shipments, delivery notes, invoices, and payment documentation.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and procurement process improvements.
- Generate regular reports (purchase status, inventory updates and etc.
- Support on ad-hoc tasks assigned by reporting manager.
Requirements
- Min. SPM or Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or related field will be advantage.
- Fresh graduate or proven experience (1years) in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and purchasing systems.
- Good communication.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30am - 5pm
- Office Location: Kajang, Selangor.
- Annual Leaves minimum 40days/annum
