**职位概述:**

行政专员负责支持公司日常运营,确保办公室或业务场所的高效运转。此岗位涵盖文件管理、日常协调、资源分配以及支持其他部门的行政事务,旨在优化工作流程并提高整体效率。

**主要职责:1. 办公室管理**
- 负责办公室设备、用品的采购、库存管理及维护。
- 监督清洁和维修工作,确保办公环境整洁有序。
- 管理公司固定资产的记录及分配。
**2. 文件与记录管理**
- 整理并存档公司重要文件,包括合同、报告及员工档案。
- 确保文件的准确性和及时更新。
- 协助准备公司内部和外部的报告及文件。
**3. 日常事务协调**
- 协调会议安排,包括预订会议室、准备设备及记录会议纪要。
- 安排差旅计划,如机票预订、住宿及交通安排。
- 处理日常信件、邮件和快递的收发工作。
**4. 人力资源支持**
- 协助员工考勤记录的管理与更新。
- 协助新员工入职的行政安排,如工位设置、设备分发等。
- 协调公司活动,如员工生日会、庆祝活动及团队建设。
**5. 财务协助**
- 处理行政相关费用的报销和记录。
- 协助核对供应商账单及付款事宜。
- 行政费用的控制。
**6. 内部沟通与外部联络**
- 协调各部门之间的行政事务,确保信息传递顺畅。
- 作为公司与供应商、服务商的联络窗口,维护良好的合作关系。
- 协助管理层完成临时指派的任务。
**任职要求:**
- 拥有1-2年行政管理相关工作经验,有餐饮或服务行业背景优先 (欢迎无经验要做长期者)
- 熟练掌握中文、英文和马来文,具备良好的书面及口头沟通能力。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)及其他办公软件。
- 具备良好的组织能力及多任务处理能力。
- 细心、责任心强,能独立完成工作任务。

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
