Position: Admin Executive
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Rest Hours: 1.5 hours/day
Work Days: 6 days per week (rotational rest day – Sat or Sun, discussed during interview)
Location: 20, Jalan Perniagaan Setia 1/10, Taman Perniagaan Setia 2, 81300 Johor Bahru, Johor
Annual Leave: 14 days
Performance Bonus: Up to 2 months
Increment: Up to 8%

Each team consists of 3 pax:
- Online Sales
- Admin Follow-Up
- Admin (Submission)

.Job Responsibilities
- Assist Online Sales team with admin-related follow-up and documentation.
- Handle customer information, submission forms, and required paperwork.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing submissions.
- Coordinate internally between sales, submission team, and management.
- Support day-to-day administrative operations within the team.
- Maintain proper records, data tracking, and documentation updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of admin or related experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (Malay/English).
- Able to work under pressure and handle fast-paced workflow.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and organised.
- Friendly, positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment.

Pay: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
