**Job Summary**:
The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative support across logistics operations, human resources, and payroll. This role includes handling shipping documents, coordinating logistics tasks, managing end-to-end payroll processes including statutory submissions, and supporting recruitment and general HR functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Logistics & Administration:

- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day movers activity, transport operations, including route planning, scheduling, and fleet management to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Monitor and track the performance of transportation providers and vehicles to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage driver schedules, handle driver queries, and ensure they adhere to safety and operational protocols.
- Liaise with external vendors, drivers, and transport companies to ensure seamless operations and resolve any logistics issues that may arise.
- Assist in optimizing transport routes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery timelines.
- Maintain records of transportation costs, fuel consumption, and other relevant data for reporting and cost control.
- Any ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including preparing reports, processing documents, and maintaining records related to transport operations.
- Assist in managing inventory control systems and ensure accurate tracking of shipments and deliveries.
- Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate logistics and resolve issues.
- Support in the preparation and monitoring of transport budgets, expenses, and KPIs.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance documents and regulatory submissions as required.
- Manage Account Payable & Receivable

**Payroll & Statutory Contributions**:

- Manage end-to-end payroll process for all staff including data collection, processing, and distribution.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory payments such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB (LHDN).
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports for management review.

**Recruitment & HR Support**:

- Maintain employee records and assist in managing HR documentation such as contracts, memos, and leave records.
- Coordinate staff training sessions, performance evaluations, and HR-related communications.
- Support in organizing company events and staff welfare activities.
- Any ad-hoc responsibilities being assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative and HR functions, preferably in the logistics industry.
- **Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply** - training will be provided.
- Experience in handling payroll and statutory contributions is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with payroll systems is a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements is an advantage.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Telok Panglima Garang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
