**Job Summary**
The Admin QAC is responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance and Quality Control team through proper documentation, coordination, and administrative work. This role ensures all inspection records, certifications, and quality-related data are properly maintained to comply with internal standards and client requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, test results, MTCs, and NCRs.
- Assist in preparing Inspection Test Plans (ITP), checklists, and related forms.
- Coordinate and schedule inspections with internal departments and third-party inspectors.
- Ensure proper filing and control of quality documents (soft and hard copies).
- Assist QA/QC team in tracking non-conformance issues and follow-up actions.
- Compile quality reports and submit to Senior Executive QA/QC or clients when required.
- Support in audit preparations (internal/external, e.g., ISO 9001, client audits).
- Handle communication with vendors, clients, or inspectors for quality documentation.

**Education & Experience (preferred)**
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years in an administrative role (preferably in QA/QC or manufacturing environment).

**Skills & Knowledge (Required or To Be Provided if do not possess)**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiar with ISO 9001 quality management systems is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of inspection processes or welding/material certification is a plus.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
