**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily quality control processes to ensure quality of final products meets customer's expectations
- Support and conduct internal and external audit activities related to process
- Identify abnormal trend, perform analysis and make decision for next action
- Facilitate resolution of proactive quality initiatives; continuous improvement, preventive actions & mistake proofing
- Ensure measurement and analysis methodology use in process control or process monitoring and problem-solving analysis
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house and external quality procedures, standards and specifications.
- Responsible for process relate issue for root cause analysis & Improvement plan

**Experience Needed**
- Bachelor Degree at minimum in Engineering/Science/related
- At least 5 years of working experience in manufacturing quality management
- Excellent knowledge in 7 QC tools, FMEA, PPAP
- Possess strong analytical mind, resourceful, results oriented and meeting deadlines with strong sense of responsibility and commitment
- Have strong knowledge in 7QC tools, analytical problem solving, ISO9001, ISO14001 &
IATF 16949, SPC, 5S, handling customer audit, customer claim

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
