We are looking for a detail-oriented **Transport Coordinator Executive** to support our logistics operations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth cargo collection by coordinating with customers, drivers, and planners. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Daily Cargo Collection Planning** - Assist the Head Planner in organizing and scheduling cargo collections for the next day.

**Route Optimization** - Ensure efficient truck space utilization and logical routing to avoid unnecessary trips and delays.

**Driver Coordination** - Stay in touch with drivers, address any issues they face during collection, and resolve problems promptly.

**Customer Communication** - Notify customers about their scheduled cargo collection date through various channels.

**Issue Resolution** - Immediately inform customers if a collection fails and provide updates on the next steps.

**Internal Coordination** - Work closely with the Customer Service team to confirm that cargo has been successfully collected or has arrived at the warehouse.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic logistics environment
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Experience in logistics, transport planning, or a related field is a plus

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
