Server & Cashier

**Summary of Main Job Responsibility**:

- Handling cash and credit cards. Serving food and beverages to customers, cleaning tables and counters, resetting tables, greeting customers on arrival and departure, issuing a bill for service rendered, and collecting cash or card from customers. Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.

**Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Server**
- Serves or cashiers as directed and trained.
- Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
- Ensure guest happiness and satisfaction.
- Accommodate all guest needs during their dining experience.

**Cashier**
- Tally money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift.
- Relay customers’ orders to the kitchen staff.
- Clean and arrange eating, service, and hall spaces.
- Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions.
- Complete cash and card transactions.
- Keeping the dining room and server stations cleaned.

**Dishwasher**
- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
- Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately.
- Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours.
- Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and place orders when necessary.
- Remove garbage regularly.
- Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.
- Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.
- Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes.
- Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed.
- Perform additional cleaning duties as requested.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- STPM/Diploma
- Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
- English & Malay
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great active listening skills

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
