Responsibilities:

- Compile and maintain regulatory documentation databases or systems.
- Coordinate efforts associated with the preparation of regulatory documents or submissions.
- Submission of documents to relevant regulatory bodies (Halal, Health Dept, MIDA, Customs, MITI, etc).
- Develop or conduct employee regulatory training.
- Communicate with regulatory agencies regarding pre-submission strategies, potential regulatory pathways.
- Escort government inspectors during inspections and provide post-inspection follow-up information as requested.
- Interpret regulatory rules or rule changes and ensure that they are communicated through corporate policies and procedures.
- Maintain current knowledge base of existing and emerging regulations, standards, or guidance documents.
- Participate in internal or external audits.
- Prepare responses to customer requests for information, such as product data, written regulatory affairs statements, surveys, or questionnaires.
- Any other duties assigned by Management.

**Requirements**:

- Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in handling regulatory matters is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- High level verbal & written communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 per month
