Tanggungjawab Utama:
**Pengurusan Stok Harian**
- Memantau, mengemaskini dan menyimpan rekod keluar masuk barang dalam sistem inventori.
- Melaksanakan proses penerimaan (receiving) dan pengeluaran (issuing) stok mengikut prosedur yang ditetapkan.
- Melabel dan menyusun stok di stor dengan cara yang sistematik dan selamat.
- Mengarahkan setiap cawangan mempunyai label dan menyusun stok di tempat simpanan dengan cara yang sistematik dan selamat.
**Stok Kawalan & Pemantauan**
- Melaksanakan pemeriksaan stok secara berkala (harian/mingguan/bulanan).
- Memastikan susun atur dan penyimpanan inventori di tempat yang ditetapkan dan di rekod serta mempamerkan aliran keluar masuk stok harian, mingguan dan bulanan.
- Menyediakan laporan inventori termasuk status stok semasa, barang lambat laku, dan keperluan penambahan stok (month end).
- Mengesan kehilangan, kerosakan atau ketidakpadanan stok dan mengambil tindakan pembetulan segera.
- Memastikan pengendalian stok di setiap cawangan betul bagi mengelakkan kerosakan stok, menjaga kualiti dan pengurangan wastage.
- Memantau penggunaan bahan mentah untuk memastikan tiada pembaziran dan kos dikurangkan.
- Menyelia tugas pembersihan stor dan FIFO dijalankan.
- Memastikan stock card dikemaskini secara harian, mingguan dan bulanan.
- Memantau pergerakan inventori dan direkodkan di central kitchen dan di setiap cawangan.
- Melaporkan setiap perkara berbangkit berkaitan inventori kepada Eksekutif Akaun dan Eksekutif Pembelian untuk tindakan lanjut.
- **Perancangan Keperluan Stok**_
- Bekerjasama dengan jabatan pembelian untuk membuat anggaran dan permintaan stok berdasarkan penggunaan semasa dan unjuran masa depan.
- Mengelakkan situasi kehabisan stok (stockout) atau lebihan stok (overstocking).
- Menyemak tahap stok minimum dan maksimum serta mencadangkan pelarasan jika perlu.
- **Audit dan Laporan Stok**_
- Merekod dan menyimpan maklumat aset yang ada di dalam syarikat.
- Memastikan inventori dan aset syarikat dalam keadaan baik.
- Menyediakan laporan bulanan stok untuk pengurusan termasuk analisis pergerakan stok.
- Menyokong proses audit dalaman dan luaran berkaitan inventori.
- Memastikan semua rekod adalah tepat dan selaras dengan rekod kewangan.
- **Sistem & Pematuhan**_
- Menggunakan sistem pengurusan inventori (manual atau digital) dengan cekap.
- Memastikan semua proses inventori mematuhi SOP syarikat serta piawaian keselamatan dan kebersihan.
- Menyumbang kepada penambahbaikan sistem pengurusan stor dan aliran kerja.
- **Lain-lain tugasan yang berkaitan**_
- Melaksanakan tugasan yang di arahkan syarikat dari masa ke semasa.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
