**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager located in Pulau Indha, Klang. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with human resource management, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
3. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
4. Oversee performance management systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluations
5. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
6. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
1. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
2. Experience managing blue-collar workers is essential
3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels
4. Experience in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts
5. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
6. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
8. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
9. Strong organizational and time management skills
10. Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
11. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
