Join us as a **Planning Manager** and lead our Planning Department to new heights of efficiency, integrity, and success In this role, you will develop and execute systematic processes to meet customer demands, support business development, and drive continuous improvement in key materials metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**-Demand Coordination & Planning**
- Coordinate sizing efforts, align Master Production Schedule (MPS) with customer Purchase Orders (POs)/Letters of Agreement (LOAs), optimize production schedules, and resolve material issues.

**-Team Management**
- Coach and develop planning personnel, provide ongoing training, and conduct performance reviews to ensure continuous growth and development.

**-Operational Excellence**
- Ensure compliance with company policies, align operations with customer contracts, improve planning processes, and support the implementation of planning strategies.

**-Special Projects**
- Lead and execute special projects as assigned by the Materials Manager to ensure successful outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end planning processes.
- Strong understanding of company policies and adherence to procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
