Asistant Company Secretarial

Ensure timely update of the statutory register on changes in shareholders, directors, managers, secretaries etc.
- Preparing Directors’/Shareholders resolution, Minutes, and statutory forms for lodgement to SSM.
- To arrange and circulate the Directors’ resolution for signature.
- Annual return preparation and lodgement through MBRS.
- To ensure proper maintenance of statutory records, submission of statutory returns/forms and compliance of statutory requirements under the Companies Act 2016.
- To provide all aspects of Company secretarial duties and functions and to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements, regulations, and guidelines.
- To provide advice and guidance on matters relating to secretarial practice and compliance to Board Members, colleagues, and such other relevant parties, whenever required.
- Familiar with MyCoID and the handling of shares transfer, incorporation of new Company and other restructuring process.
- To arrange and attend Board Meetings.
- Well versed in Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, CCM and other relevant regulatory acts, laws and guidelines and licensing.
- Well versed administer and arranging for AGM/EGM.
- To prepare the following Board minutes and matters arising.
- Attend to request for certified documents as required from internal or external parties.
**Job Requirements**
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Administration/Corporate Management or equivalent
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Willing to travel and possess own transportation
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates encourage to apply
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
