Graphic Designer

We’re growing We are looking for a _**Graphic Designer**_ to join our team. The Digital Designer is responsible for producing content that matches the company's brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy, including designs for social media, digital advertising, and banners.

We are looking for someone who has worked in a software company in a design capacity. Whether it’s digital ads, brochures, illustrations, infographics, and other collateral, you’ve done it all and you’re excited to show us your portfolio. As a bonus, you also know how to edit videos and perform simple animations.

There are lots of opportunities for personal development and growth in this role as we continue to expand our reach into various marketing channels (organic, paid, and social). The marketing team will be leaning on you to champion projects, conceptualize designs, and complete execution for campaigns.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Design static and motion graphics for digital acquisition across a variety of platforms
- Design and prepare mockups and storyboards for video marketing projects.
- Photo manipulation, editing, and compositing as required
- Support development of sales materials with your unique visual storytelling skills
- Manage production of creative projects from concept to completion.
- Use Google analytics, testing tools to make data-driven decisions for layouts and design.
**Skills Required**:

- English - Fluent in speaking and writing
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in a digital design role
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in design role for creating digital ads
- 1+ years of experience working in a software company (bonus if you have experience in B2B SaaS companies)
- A degree or diploma in a related business, design, media or marketing program
- Proficient in creating ads in various formats (images, animations, and HTML5)
- UI/UX design and video editing/animating skills
- Understanding of image and video standards for Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to take feedback and perform corrective actions quickly and efficiently
**_You will need to provide work examples to showcase your creative style and capabilities_**
- Proof of your designs for ads on Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Be able to tell us how those ads performed and what you would do differently next time.
**Bonus**:

- Experienced creating motion graphics, video, and audio editing;
- 2D animation skills.
