We have created an end-to-end carbon management platform that will allow organizations to measure, analyze, report, and ultimately reduce their carbon footprint by delivering rich and actionable insights into their value chain. Our platform leverages AI and the expertise of our sustainability team to provide recommendations on how organizations can lower their greenhouse gas emissions, reducing their carbon footprint one step at a time.

Our growing team consists of passionate and motivated individuals contributing as environmental engineers, software developers, data scientists, marketers, operations experts and more united by our goal to fight the climate crisis.

**What will you do?**

Zuno is looking for an experienced and strategic-minded Sustainability Analyst to work with stakeholders and end-users to create emissions accounting frameworks for various industries. The analyst will create curated mitigation and reduction strategies used to train our AI recommendation engine. We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-moving start-up environment working directly with customers and upper management.

**What we expect**
- Develop industry based accounting and reporting strategies that can be used by customers
- Identify reporting requirements and advise product development team of necessary changes to platform
- Work with customers to identify pain points and provide additional consulting on net-zero strategies, report generation, auditing, and forecasting
- Develop industry based mitigation and reduction playbooks
- Evaluate efficacy of AI generated mitigation strategies over time

**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Climate Science, or related field
- 3 years of experience working on climate disclosure and sustainability consulting
- Highly-organized, independent worker comfortable in a fast paced start-up environment
- Analytical, meticulous, and comfortable with breaking down complex concepts
- Some experience and working knowledge of the carbon disclosure landscape including familiarity with GHG Protocol, Reporting Frameworks (TCFD, GRI, CDP)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and comfortable working with cross-functional teams
