Business Analyst

**BUSINESS ANALYST IS EXPECTED TO**:
**_1. Research on Client’s Business Model_**

a) Research about the client’s business background on Google and also social media

b) Understand the business model of the client’s company

c) Build sitemaps and documents to have a clear understanding on the client’s business

d) Research on competitor’s websites to see the differences and advantages

e) Document all the research and findings

**_2. Collect and Gather Business Requirements_**

a) Meeting with clients to collect their business requirements.
- Gather stakeholders’ requirements and goals
- Gather user’s requirements and goals

b) Analyze all the business requirements given by the users and the stakeholders

c) Understand the client’s true problem and scoping client’s business case

d) Determine project objectives and project requirement together with clients

**_3. Prepare Documentation and Proposal_**

a) Prepare quality business requirement documentation to the Company and development team after gathering of business requirements from clients.

b) Identify areas of improvement for clients’ businesses, leading ongoing reviews of business process and developing optimization strategies to the solution

c) Research on latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize the system

d) Prioritizing initiatives based on needs and requirements of the clients

e) Conduct meetings and presentation with the team members about the clients’ requirements.

f) Conduct meetings and do presentation with the client

**_4. Execute and Performing Project Requirement Analysis_**

a) Assess value, develop cases and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

b) Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts to the client and development team

c) Serve as liaison between stakeholders and users on project requirement

d) Communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

e) Work closely with internal team and stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet the client’s requirement

f) Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of the projects as prescribed by Service Delivery Manager and Project Manager

g) Performing user acceptance testing (UAT) upon completion of project.

h) Check outsourcing team Software Requirement Document/ Technical Document

**_5. Managing Resources Allocation_**

a) Always manage and allocate resources, prioritizes to support the cost efficiency of the project.

**REQUIREMENT CRITERIA**:
2. Possess Certification of Competency in Business Analysis is a value added.

3. Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience of relevant experience in modern technology and customer facing digital channels industry.

1. Business Analyst Mindset
- A belief that inefficiencies exist.
- It’s best to start with what is happening today.
- Enjoy the details and the big picture.
- Bridge between business and technical personnel.

4. Good planning, problem management and organization skills is essentials.

5. Knowledge of writing user stories at this discovery phase is a must.

6. Knowledge of Agile or Scrum would be a plus point.

7. Client servicing skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
