Account Manager

**Job Overview**:
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers. You’ll ensure clients are happy with our products and services, solve any issues, and work to grow business with both existing and new clients. You’ll act as the main point of contact between the company and clients.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Maintain Client Relationships**:
- Be the main contact for clients, understanding their needs and helping them solve problems.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
- Make sure that clients get what they need on time.
**Grow Sales**:
- Look for ways to increase business with existing clients and meet sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by recommending our products/services.
**Manage Accounts**:
- Handle a list of assigned customers to keep them satisfied long-term.
- Meet regularly with clients to check on progress and address concerns.
- Negotiate contracts and deals to maximize profit.
**Planning & Reporting**:
- Work closely with decision-makers within client companies.
- Keep track of account performance and provide regular updates to management.
**Teamwork**:
- Work with internal teams (sales, customer service, product development) to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that benefit clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to solve problems and organize tasks well.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
