**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks (Internal & External)
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests (External)
- Providing technical support across the company and to the customer
- Attend customer’s IT issue.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia/ English.
- At least 1 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and hardworking.
- Training will be provided.
- Must have own transport (Car/Motor) and Willing to travel
