**Position Overview**:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting Salesforce development projects and other system-related initiatives. This role offers invaluable hands-on experience with top-tier software platforms and provides a platform for professional growth within a collaborative team environment.
**Responsibilities**:
Integration Management:
- Work closely with the integration team to understand the integration plan and requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and external stakeholders to ensure smooth integration processes.
- Follow integration plans meticulously, tracking progress and identifying any deviations.
- Provide regular updates to the integration team and stakeholders on the status of integration activities.
Vendor Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors involved in the Salesforce integration process.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and vendors to address any integration-related queries or issues.
- Ensure that vendor deliverables are met according to agreed-upon timelines and specifications.
- Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges that arise during the integration process.
User Support:
- Provide frontline support to Salesforce users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure that users are proficient in utilizing Salesforce effectively.
- Act as a liaison between users and the IT department for technical support and troubleshooting needs.
Technical Support:
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Salesforce integration, configuration, and functionality.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Document technical solutions and best practices for reference and knowledge sharing.
Tableau Support Coordination:
- Work closely with Tableau support to address any integration issues or data visualization requirements.
- Raise tickets with Tableau support as needed, providing detailed information and collaborating on solutions.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
