Primarily responsible for warehouse daily operational results. To supervise & monitor warehouse daily operations and ensure all the activities are conducted according to the company's SOP & safety regulations. To assist the team in achieving the objective of the Warehouse department according to the company’s leadership principles.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Responsible for warehouse daily operational results. Drive execution of process improvement plans, achieve operations improvement goals, ensure priorities and accountabilities are clear, and provide resources.
- Lead projects and improvement initiatives, scheduling and planning, control budgeting
- Focus on improving simple/basic performance through ELS efforts.
- Implement operational improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, training, inventory, and services.
- Ensure the practice of all health and safety procedures, ensuring that safety is employees’ top priority.
- Ensure that team members meet site goals and objectives.
- Plans, directs and coordinates the ordering and distribution of products, parts, and accessories. Ensures adequate and timely distribution of these elements to attain maximum sales potential consistent with good inventory control.
- Understand and implement ISO 9001 procedures related to the role and responsibilities
- Ensures maximum efficient operations of facilities and equipment, as well as the care of all grounds and support equipment, through the direction of technical support staff.
- Train and provide development opportunities for staff. Ensure annual goals are complete and communicated.
- Monitor and evaluate team members, and plan the training as required.

**Qualifications**:
**WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU**:

- Degree in any related field required
- 4-5 years of working experience in warehouse operations in manufacturing industries
- Strong organizational skills in strategy, communication at all levels, and execution.
- Strong leadership skills - the ability to lead, contribute and influence others in a team-based organization
- Experience in computer systems, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and function-specific software.
