**Responsibilities**:
1. To assist in maintaining operations and reports pertaining to the warehouse.

2. Plan future capacity required, layout and ensure efficient space utilization.

3. Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.

4. Route, schedule, pack and prepare orders for delivery; load vehicles; schedule and oversee deliveries and pick-ups.

5. Receive, unpack, pack, load, issue, store and deliver materials, equipment, supplies or company product; complete packing slips for shipments as assigned.

6. Coordinate with relevant parties and department to ensure daily operation to execute on a timely manner.

7. To assist in stock count activities.

8. Direct the daily housekeeping and maintenance of warehouse grounds.

9. Work closely with internal management to execute all planned programs.

10. Responsible on data entry and inventory software and systems by using SAP Business One (SAP B1).

11. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

12. To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner.

13. To provide excellent customer service.

14. scheduling maintenance for equipment, forklift, lorries & lorries inspection matters.

15. Observe and ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment Standards.

16. To perform any other job that may be assigned by the superior(s).

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, logistics, supply management, or any related field preferred.

2. Strong understanding of logistic management systems, inventory control, and distribution processes.

3. Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

4. Strong leadership and team management skills.

5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
