**Oversee daily operations**: Manage warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers/clients.
- **Maintain inventory accuracy**: Take charge of overall warehouse activities, with a focus on maintaining precise inventory records and integrity.
- **Develop and implement procedures**: Create SOPs and work guides for warehouse processes, enforcing proper housekeeping and compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- **Coordinate with stakeholders**: Liaise with customer service and transport companies to ensure deliveries meet customer satisfaction in terms of quantity and quality.
- **Manage facilities and equipment**: Oversee warehousing facilities, equipment and local license requirements to maintain optimal operations.
- **Lead and develop team**: Coach, counsel and provide performance feedback to warehouse assistant, fostering a high-performing team.
- **Drive strategic initiatives**: Develop and implement plans to optimize cost savings, efficiency and productivity in warehouse operations.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Educational background**: Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Logistics, or Warehousing Management, providing a strong foundation for the role.
- **Relevant experience**: At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse/distribution operations.
- **Inventory management skills**: Competence in inventory management to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- **Technical proficiency**: Knowledge and hands-on experience
- **Analytical abilities**: Strong planning, inventory control and data analytical skills to drive process improvements.
- **Availability**: Ability to start immediately or within a short notice period

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
