- Monitor and manage online reviews, ratings and comments to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries accordingly.
- Conduct livestreams on TikTok and Instagram promoting company products and services.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in content creation and social media management is desirable
- Basic skills in photography and video editing is necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Engaging and positive personality, not camera shy
