- Collaborate closely with the internal team to brainstorm and develop engaging content ideas. Additionally, provide support to team members by assisting with product photos for graphic design purposes.
- Work closely with the internal team and marketing department to execute photoshoots and create reels specifically tailored for various social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- To develop and provide project direction, manage storyboard, budget planning, allocate resources, and set deadlines for short video or social media posting projects.
- Create visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience and enhances the brand's online presence
- Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate innovative ideas to produce engaging content.
- Assist organizing and conducting outdoor photoshoots included campaign shooting, event shooting and model shooting to capture lifestyle images of our jewellery in natural settings.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by HOD from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Art, or any equivalent field.
- At least 2 year of working experience in the related field.
- Proven experience as a Photographer, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in product photography, social media content creation, and outdoor shooting.
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in photography equipment, including Phone, DSLR cameras, lighting setups, and accessories.
- Strong understanding of photography principles, composition techniques, and lighting concepts.
- Possess advanced editing skills using software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), Final Cut, and other audio/video editing software to enhance and retouch images and videos, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
- Creative vision and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling images.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Able to work under minimum supervision, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Butterworth/Penang island and possess their own transport.
- Able to travel and outstation, participating in video and photo shooting in various company events and outdoor shooting.
- Having passion for fashion and jewellery and drive to make a positive impact through your work.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
