This role will be working with ASEAN Supply Chain team with the goal of achieving operations excellence for the function. The scope of responsibility includes driving process improvement in ASEAN countries, goal alignment within supply chain function as well as supporting regional initiatives/ projects in ASEAN region. This role requires close collaboration with ASEAN country teams to support delivery of business objectives and supply chain metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with relevant project teams to provide business and process requirements for new systems or system enhancements.
- Support development and implementation of process improvement strategies to meet business goal.
- Support country teams in planning and execution of process improvement projects.
- Monitor process performance and key supply chain metrics.
- Work with supply chain leadership team to define short-term and long-term objectives.
- Support project and project prioritization on ASEAN level.
- Drive goal alignment in ASEAN supply chain team.
- Ensure the operational activities are following regulatory, quality, and financial policies.
- Foster team dynamics and close collaboration among various functions to deliver business results.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience in supply chain management preferably in FMCG / Medical equipment / Pharmaceuticals company.
- Performance oriented, analytical, and sharp minded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to solve problems and work independently and collaboratively with teams across geographies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment.-
